“You’re the Star” February 2021 Blog Hop

Here we are at a new month, another fresh start. How was your January? I’d like to know. My December was rough. My in-laws both got Covid in early Dec. and would do nothing that we told them to do to care for themselves. It was such a roller coaster of emotions. They both ended up in the hospital over Christmas. Thankfully, they are home and both doing fine now.

Early in January my kids and I got covid, but not from my in-laws. My daughter had it the worst, and I stayed with her round the clock making sure she stayed hydrated and doing all I could for her. If you need any tips– I have a ton! We did get medicine for her from an online doctor but it took 5 days. Other than that, we didn’t go to the doctor and we stayed out of the hospital! Mission accomplished!!

Now a dear friend of mine– both her mother and her mother-in-law are in the hospital with a covid stroke and covid pneumonia. It’s difficult to watch as I feel her pain.

Blogwise I have been busy behind the scenes as I joined a blogger community to learn better how to run my blog. I’ve learned a lot and am trying to implement what I have learned. In case you are wondering how I managed to blog during January, it is because of a magical thing called scheduling– and I was able to schedule 2 weeks ahead at the crucial moments! It is also largely due to Jumprope, which saves me a lot of time.

Something else happened in December but I’m not ready to blog about it yet…. but hopefully soon.
