This is a flavorful way to eat salmon, and definitely one of the easiest recipes you will ever make! Serve with rice, quinoa, or mashed potatoes.

Ingredients
½
c.
honey
¼
c.
soy sauce

T.
brown sugar
2
T.
either pineapple
orange, or apple juice

T.
lemon juice
1
T.
apple cider
or white vinegar

t.
olive oil
¼-1/2
tsp.
black pepper
⅛-1/4
tsp
cayenne pepper

paprika
⅛

garlic powder

salmon fillets
I use frozen and thaw them
Instructions
Thaw salmon if using frozen.
Combine all ingredients except salmon, then pour over salmon in a baking dish.
Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes or until done.
Turn over and broil if desired for a few minutes at the end (I didn't this time).
Notes
This sweet recipe can also be a little spicy hot if you want it to be! Just adjust your amounts of pepper and cayenne pepper.
