Ingredients
2cupsnonfat dry milk powder
1c.whole milk powder
1c.cocoa powder
1c.sugar
1/4c.instant espresso powder
1/4tsp.sea salt
1/4tspcayenne pepper
2TBLSP cinnamon
1c.mini semisweet chocolate baking chips
1c.mini marshmallows
Instructions
Stir all dry ingredients except marshmallows. Put into gifting or storage container. Layer marshmallows on top. To make a cup of Mexican Mocha Coffee, mix 2-3 Tablespoons of mix into prepared cup of hot coffee, and stir well.
