Easter will be here before you know it! Spring and Easter go hand in hand in my mind, and in my decorating and crafting. What about you? Do you separate them or do they go together?

Christian Craft Paper has sent me another crafting kit! And a large frame to work with this time!! And oh, I love the colorful napkins– this time, a beautiful blue and yellow Easter cross napkin with the verse, “He is not here; He is risen as He said.” I love this verse and the promise fulfilled— He did what He said He would do!!

Read along or watch the video to see what I did with what they sent!! (You’ll get to hear my ‘hidden talent’– piano playing!)

I wanted to highlight that beautiful blue and yellow cross napkin— and ended up highlighting the burlap ribbon cross instead. That is at it should be, for an Easter cross sign!

This “lamb of God” wooden cutout word that I received in a previous craft kit was perfect for this cross sign!

I’m getting better at decoupage the more I do it– it may soon become my favorite way to craft! Have you tried it yet? It can be addicting… as all crafts can be…..

A little Mod Podge goes a long way– I’ve done several projects and still have plenty left in this little bottle.

If you need more Easter inspiration, here are several projects for you to consider.

I would so appreciate it if you would care to Pin this– it helps other crafters find my projects and supports my blog, too!

Before you go– I wanted to show you a couple more little projects I did, using the tissue paper that comes in the Christian Craft Paper craft kits. Aren’t they cute?

This bird’s nest napkin has been in my craft room for several years, and I’m glad I finally had a chance to use it!

  1. Live your Easter Crafts.
I made a cross something , using papier mache. I stand it in my Hallway with a white fabric draped over it. It really brings the Easter Message into my home.
As a complete aside, I’m attending a Flower Arranging Class at the moment. Today I did Decoupage for my 1st time. I love it, and can’t wait for next week to finish my projects. I made a wall hanging for my kitchen and covered a tin with a stripe, for my guest bedroom in my holiday home.
    Roll on next Tuesday.
    Happy Crafting.
