Chocolate Covered Music Note Pretzels
It is no secret around here that I love finding creative ways to make chocolate covered pretzels. Today I’m sharing them in the shape of Music Notes! These would be such a nice gift for a music teacher, or for a student who loves music.
How to Make Music Note Chocolate Covered Pretzels Step by Step
You will need circle pretzels, straight pretzel rods, and waffle pretzels in addition to melting chocolate. I like Ghirardelli melting wafers best.
I made dark chocolate and white chocolate music notes.
- First I dipped the straight pretzel stick and laid it on a silicone mat.
- Then I dipped the O or the waffle shape and laid it on top.
- I drizzled more chocolate so my note head would be solid, without holes, on the waffle one
I made white ones with pink and purple sugar sprinkles. Be sure to add the sprinkles before the chocolate hardens.
These were so fun to make!
My piano students are going to love them! (But I have to make more because my husband, who is not a student, ate them!)
A Few More Details
The piano book in the pictures is a book of Christmas arrangements that I have enjoyed learning recently. I saw the group perform live earlier this year. I’ve also enjoyed their music videos! Heather Schopf is so creative and several of our favorite videos are based on King Solomon’s wise words. (Thank you for permission to use your book in these pictures.)
