How to Decorate a Hutch for Fall
Would you like to know how to decorate a hutch for fall? Keep reading for a few simple tips, using what you probably already have in your house!
When I got this hutch for free off the side of the road, I really didn’t intend to keep it. I thought I would paint it and sell it. But after I painted the hutch, I realized that my new ice cream maker fit perfectly in it– and I really did need a place to keep the ice cream maker!
You may have already seen how I decorated the tiered tray for fall, that really isn’t even a tiered tray!
Now I want to show you the entire hutch ready for fall— and I simply used the things that I already had from previous years!
I have had this burnt orange fall vase for so long, I barely remember getting it. I think I found it at a thrift store, but it’s possible that it was gifted to me. I stuck some dried painted stems in it that I shortened by cutting the ends off, so they would not be too tall.
Then I added these door knob jingle bells on each side, hanging from the drawer pulls— these are from the Dollar Tree! I maybe have bought them 2 years ago, but they are still at the Dollar Tree this season.
It was super easy to drape my DIY Fall Burlap Banner on the top. It really gives the whole look just the right touch!
I added a Thankful paper plate to the wall shelf above the hutch. It is from Hobby Lobby a few years ago. I LOVE decorating with paper plates!
So there you have it– a gorgeous look for fall, and all I spent was the $3 for my plate stand! I already had everything else!
This is the first time I have decorated this hutch for any season– how do you think I did?!
Usually I decorate my Coffee Station seasonally…. now I have several places to decorate in my kitchen!
Very cheerful, Liberty!
