Today I am very excited to tell you that a project from B4 and Afters has been featured in the Christmas 2021 edition of American Farmhouse Style magazine!!!

My copy finally arrived in the mail, and if you are a subscriber you may have received yours, too. If you’re not a subscriber but you want to be, you can find it here.

You can also find it in stores– I’ve seen American Farmhouse Style in Barnes & Nobles and Books-a-Million (BAM). Let me know if you see it in other stores! You will want to look for the cover shown below.

Are you wondering which project was featured? Well, it is a black and red version of my fabric trees!! If you want to make your own, or see more details, click on the photo below.

I struggled and struggled to get a perfect Beauty shot– the one in the magazine. It turned out that I needed a different lens for my camera— one that would allow the things in the background to be blurry. See the difference between the photo on the left, and the photo on the right?

So not only was I able to capture a beautiful photo for the magazine, I was also able to take great school pictures for my homeschooled kids!

Now you know why I have been posting about Christmas things before Thanksgiving! And now you also know why I’ve been sharing some buffalo plaid projects! I have a few more ideas that I plan to share.
